THE LANDING (DRAGONFLY FOUNDATION)

Conversion and restoration of a 12,000-square-foot historical home from medical office space to non-profit headquarters which includes programming and respite space for families navigating a pediatric cancer diagnosis.

GOODSON LAW LIBRARY DUKE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW

Renovation and expansion of the Goodson Law Library at Duke University School of Law totaling 115,000 square feet.
